Nex Flow™ Air Products Corp. is a manufacturer of compressed air-operated products made to improve plant efficiency, improve energy efficiency, improve quality and enhance the environment. Our product line includes air blow-off products that reduce noise levels and compressed air use, and vortex tube technology using vortex tubes for spot cooling, control panel cooling, tool cooling and other unique applications. Air Amplifiers / Air Mover

	Adjustable Air Amplifiers
	Adjustable Air Amplifiers : anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature or food applications. The customer can set the gap and lock it in place using a lock ring.
	Fixed Air Amplifiers
	Fixed Air Amplifiers : zinc die cast Standard Air Amplfiers from Nex Flow™ are solid and perform as well or better than patented designs when used in similar applications. The gap can be adjusted by adding shims, five sizes are available.

	Air Consumption approx. 3.4 SCFM (82 SLPM) per inch (25.4 mm) at 80 psig (5.5 bar) with force and noise levels comparable to standard air knives of all types.
	X-Stream™ Air Blade (Air Knives, Air Knife)
	The X-Steam™ Air Blade air knife is normally the best choice due to very low noise levels and it uses less air than a standard air blade air knife at the same pressure. However the standard unit is lower in cost and has a slightly higher force at the same pressure. Either version may be mounted end to end for longer lengths of continuous flow.

	The new X-stream™ Curved Air Blade air knife is easy to mount and maintain and reduces both compressed air consumption and noise levels. It’s curved design produces an expanding, powerful blast of air in a fan shape to blow off wide areas and can minimize air use using longer air knives.
